Connected Friendship

(This is for KnB and these are my KnB OCs. The school uniforms are from canon schools in the show. Except for Yuka's middle school outfit, which is from a middle school I've made up)

The one in the left is Yuka Isobe. She attends to Shuutoku High in the art club. The one in the right is Ayano Takahashi. She attends to Kirisaki Daiichi in the karate club. As kids, they were best friends. Yuka used to go to dojo classes but was never good and was ridiculed by the class. However, one classmate took it too far with her bullying and Ayane stood up for her. After that, they eventually became friends. They practiced together and Yuka slowly became better. One day, Yuka stopped showing up for dojo classes. After some probing, Ayane found out that Yuka was quitting all together. Ayane begged her to reconsider, but Yuka informed her that her passion is something else, that isn't karate. They would always be friends, even if they don't go to classes together.

Before middle school started for them, Yuka had to move. Ayane was upset, since they won't be going to the same schools. However, Yuka informed her that they would be in the same city, but at the other end of the city. The girls made up time to meet each other and hang out. Yuka bought them hair accessories to always be connected. Then with their respective clubs in their schools, they made different friends. Slowly, but surely, their close bond began to fade.

By the time they were in high school, they were distant. Or Ayane just was. Ayane had to live in another city, so they can't easily see each other anymore. Ayane became more colder and mature. Her happy go lucky attitude is left behind, only to be replaced with a bitter, frigid one. They barely have time to hang out, since their clubs require their full attendance most of the time. The only time they talk is during their off days on the phone and occasionally, but rarely, meet to spend time with each other. However, their friendship still survives. Yuka wishes for things to go back how they used to be and Ayane is still protective and have a soft spot for Yuka. They always wear the hair accessories, no matter how people point out how girly Ayane looks with it. Despite their distance, they strive to remain strong.
